  Bad customer service

  Liked: Location close to city centre with easy roadside parking

  Disliked: Cleaning is superficial at best. Air conditioning is old and not well maintained, and it was faulty during our stay during a July heatwave. We arrived at 9:15pm and they turn off messaging with an emergency only phone number. When we called the number the customer care officer told us to just open the windows because “I checked on Google and temperature is cool outside”. There are no insect screens and there are recycling bins just opposite the ground floor property, so we could not sleep at night as it was hot, noisy with people recycling glass bottles at all times, and we had a cockroach visitor. When we asked for a refund to spend the second night elsewhere, we were just refused without any attempt at making the situation better. It was only upon begging them that at least we got a fan in the afternoon of our second and last (thankfully) day. We left the fan with our poor neighbors on the same floor (same company) as they were not as “lucky” as us and were dying of the heat. If the customer service had at least shown some understanding and will to make our stay comfortable I would not have been compelled to leave such a bad review

  Good location and clean space. Perfect for 2 people. Price is on the higher side but that’s Bolzano

  Liked: Location is good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean.

  Disliked: It was really really small for 4 people. It should only be advertised for 2 and rented for 2. We were really cramped in. There is a need for better solution for recycling and garbage situation.
