Exceptional
We loved Lake Como but there are much better places to stay in the old town
Liked: The location of this place is second to none… right by the cathedral in the centre of the old town. It’s convenient for everything. Our ‘suite’ was comfortable and roomy and the breakfast was OK. Again you can’t beat eating your breakfast right next to the cathedral.
Disliked: The reception area is tiny and unwelcoming. When we asked where the restaurant and bar were, we were told it was next door and that both ere shut that day (Oct 13), but would probably be open the next day. This is NOT a luxury hotel… you can’t even call it a hotel. It’s rooms for rent with a concierge! Way overpriced for what it is:(
Great stay
Liked: Isabella on reception remained calm and responsive when an electrical fault impacted our room. She found a way to resolve it quickly, was friendly and efficient. The room had everything we needed, the location opposite the Duomo was perfect and the breakfast plentiful and different. A great stay in an interesting and vibrant historic centre.

Disliked: Lack of core facilities but 100% enjoyable. Room quality very high
A clean and modern hotel in the historic centre!
Liked: My second stay here and this time I brought my parents. They loved the facilities, comfortable bed, huge shower, and perfect location right in the centre! Short walk to the lake, to the train station, and to everything you may need. To top it all off, the staff is just super nice!
