Good
Liked: Very good location near the lake and the cathedral.
Disliked: Our apartment somehow felt rather cramped. We could not really sit comfortably at the kitchen table. The kitchen space is minuscule and not particularly convenient for people who do not want to eat out all the time. We didn't see what the other apartments look like, so maybe my comments only apply to the one we were given. Also, there were occasional problems with the small gate at street level.
We enjoyed our stay
Liked: Convenient, clean, comfortable. Plenty of fresh air from windows we could open. Felt secure.

Unacceptable Conditions – Forced to Leave
Disliked: Extremely disappointing stay. The air conditioning in both booked units was completely non-functional, causing severe heat and distress for my family with young children. The host was unhelpful, offered no immediate solution, and simply delayed the issue. We had no choice but to leave and seek alternative accommodation. Totally unacceptable.
Liked: The air conditioning wasn't working at full capacity. We think the filters needed cleaning. One set of lights was stroking when turned on. The facilities were otherwise excellent.
Good to know
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 23:00.
