Very good
Liked: Location was great. Marco was very accommodating of my travel schedule. I liked the fact that there was a little elevator to the upper floors, which is great for older people with heavy luggage. the room was large and comfortable. The air conditioning was good.. I couldn't figure out the washing machine for clothes, but not a big deal altogether. This will be on my keepers list.
Disliked: There were a bunch of noisy people outside, who had no connection to the property as far as I could tell, but it was happy noise was true of the bar in the Piazza that had mini seats

Liked: The room was clean and cozy, well located and very close to the Duomo and the Castello Estense
Disliked: Coffee machine only with coins.
Liked: Super location, near the public parking. Clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen fully equipped. We had a lovely stay.
Disliked: The second bed was really bad. My daughter couldn't sleep most of the night.
Liked: Location and proximity to a good value for money restaurant.
Disliked: Rudeness of the concierge and her unavailability. I paid as much there as I usually do for an excellent hotel right in the city centre, with excellent service, including breakfast. Never again!
Liked: Great big apartment, good location, clean, best place to stay in Ferrara. Special thanks to the lady who received us and helped with the parking of our car. Congrats Alloigi al Verdi!
