Fabulous
Disliked: The check in process was extremely laborious as I did not see the request for more information before I arrived. Even navigating the numerous questions provided ineffective and I had to send my passport cover page through the internet. There was no staff available on site, only a number to call. If you are bothered by the increasing trend for automatic check in, then look elsewhere. After getting the key, the room was ok for the price.
Liked: Clean, really great position to visit the city by foot, easy self check-in
spacious room with no natural lighting
Liked: the room was very spacious with some nice furniture.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and there was only one window on the ground floor to the inside hallway where people could look straight into the room.
Family stay
Liked: The room was very spacious, there was air conditioning, clean towels, and shower gels. It was very beautiful and artistic with some artwork. It was close to the city center. We didn't receive the information on how to access the building, but the host was very helpful - we called and she told us everything immediately. There was tea, coffee and water available all the time.
Disliked: Only the minor inconvenience of not getting the information of accessing the building by email, but the host helped us.

Liked: Lovely and great value for money The receptionist wasn't around but was always contactable very easily. She was very helpful.
