Guest reviews
Exceptional
Disliked: Due to a maintenance issue in the apartment I had originally booked, I was offered alternative accommodation. This review refers to the replacement apartment. Unfortunately, despite being newly renovated and very clean, the apartment did not meet my expectations. It was extremely small and located on the ground floor, with the bed right next to the refrigerator, whose noise disturbed my sleep. Overall, while I appreciated the cleanliness and fresh renovation, the small size, lack of sleeping comfort made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
Liked: There was a problem with the plumbing and the owner offered me a great alternative. Everything was perfect.
Liked: Gianluca's Apt is perfectly located with bars and restaurants in the same street.
