Very good
Will happily return
Liked: Location, spa facilities, cleanliness, coffee machine, friendly staff
Disliked: The gentleman on night duty was quite unwilling to book my airport taxi despite the friendly staff on duty the evening before leaving him a note with details asking to book my taxi in the morning and saying it would not be a problem. He refused several times but I insisted and said I would make a complaint about his manner towards me. The rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly- thank you
A super relaxing location with pool & jacuzzi
Liked: The staff, quality of the room and the optional spa facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Julia who provided dining suggestions and the spa option. Whilst it's not the most affordable for a solo traveller, it was certainly worth the cost. I would return for a future stay with my wife.
Disliked: The emotion shower (bubble shower) wasn't working during the spa wellness experience, however this wasn't an issue for complaint.
Highly Recommended - for families, couples for a long stay as well
Liked: We do appreciate the delicate care of the reception charming girl Aurora, for her help to make us feel like at home. Location is perfect - not far from the sea area, cafés around, very quiet district, and most important for us was the parking (on the piazza Carignano, to be paid but very secure) very close to the hotel. We had one night stay, comfortable sleep (good mattress), noi noise around, spacious room. And once you get confused to find the hotel - it’s enough to call via whatsup and they guide you very quietly, we are very grateful 🤍
Disliked: the only little thing - it’s the shower door was a bit not completely closed so you had to be very careful for water not to leak out, it’s mechanical issue (may be only on this room) which it’s sure the property management would resolve asap
Liked: Hotel is located near to centre and administration 24/7. Friendly staff and all clean and nicely done. Highly recommend.
