  Liked: Excellent location good spot for parking. Easy walk into old town. Claudio was very helpful with information and reservations at his favorite restaurant, which was also very good. We would definitely stay here again.

  Liked: A very positive experience. The owner was really nice and helpful, he allowed us to check in earlier than what we announced and gave us great advice for visiting Genova. The appartement was very clean, well equipped and comfortable for our three days stay. The free parking was also a great addition to leave our car safely without worrying about it at all.

  For us it was a great cultural experience, the residence surely contributed to it

  Liked: The building is impressive, it is a piece of end of 19th century history. It is quite interesting to immerse in the period of the Kingdom of Italy. The owner was very nice and supportive, and a highly educated man, my advice to future guests is to talk with him as much as possible, he knows a lot of stuff about architecture and industrial design. We also enjoyed the proximity to the seashore, and to the medieval city, which is easily reachable by foot in 30 minutes, or bus 10 minutes. However, walking is worth it, because one can experience real authentic big city life in an Italy.

  Disliked: As hobby cook, I missed two good profi knives in the kitchen, but everything else was fine.
