  Definitely recommend this place

  All recommendations!

  Liked: Although it is a little further from the center, we were very satisfied, because we had secured parking within the facility. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. They even left us water, coffee, tea, snacks and sweets. Contact with the owner is very simple. All recommendations!

  Liked: The cleanliness was exceptional. Well done to the cleaner. It's near cheap supermarkets and other amenities. Not a busy area.

  Disliked: The terrace is shared between 3 apartments. There can be issues about privacy. Renters can easily go into other apartments should they wish to, with no barriers. I would only add a washing machine, which would make the apartment more complete. No restaurants nearby. You will need a car to go to central Matera

  Great value for money! Lovely place with everything you could need

  Liked: The place is super nice and sparkling clean. Great value for money. If you have a car it’s a very short drive from everything in Matera. Our host was super nice and accommodating. He also provided complimentary coffee, milk, pastries and snacks. We had our own secured parking spot which was awesome!
