  Wonderful place for relaxing hollidays in Northen Tuscany

  Liked: Wonderful place where to stay if you would like to enjoy Northen part of Tuscany or just chill at the pool! Amazing hosts Sabine and Christiano were very kind and provided us with all the information what we have been asking them! Free parking slot for the car! Very nice breakfast were served in front of the building! House is in quite location but not very far from Mosummano Terme centrte. Walking distance 10-15 minutes. Rooms, pool area and yard were very clean. You can really see that the hosts welcome guests and try their best. Highly suggest to try some food from menu! We tried Pasta Bolognese and Carpese salads and they were fantastic!

  Liked: If you want quintessential tuscan hill look not further than this property. You are staying at a property which is one hundred year old and I cannot fault the beauty of that. While it boutique, it does need with some maintenance. However if you want a quiet rural realistic experience, I would recommended this B & B. Furthermore the breakfast was good selections.

  Disliked: Not offering a menu of beverages to the guests in this B & B even I saw plenty of bottles of wine. No music near the pool which would be nice. Not much information about what is available in the area but the staffs at the B & B are very nice and willing to answer any questions.

  Fantastic vacation in Tuscany

  Liked: Our stay at Maison Brinati was absolutely fantastic. Hosts are very friendly, we were offered a fantastic breakfast with fresh cappuccino and eggs every morning, and a room was cozy and nice. The location is very good both for relaxing at the pool and for sightseeing a northern part of Tuscany.

  Disliked: Road to the place is steep and one car wide, so in case of an opposite traffic someone has to reverse a long way. Additionally, the road was under repair for much of our stay, forcing some planning regarding the use of a car and whether to keep it on premises. Our hosts had no influence on neither the road nor its repairs, so this does not impact our positive view of the place.

  Great place fantastic host

  Liked: The hospitality of the host family was really pleasant. We received an upgrade of the appartment on arrival. Breakfast was perfect and pool just great. It is a really good location to explore many places in Tuscany.
