Liked: Location closest to the train station
Disliked: The room on the balcony was left by previous visitors with the ashtray full.
Liked: Good value for money. Clean, excellent location, and use of a kitchen. All that was needed for short stay with easy access to centre and airport.

Disliked: Avoid this hotel, this looks like a scam! Just 30 minutes before our scheduled check-in, we received a message via WhatsApp saying that the hotel would not be able to accommodate us due to alleged water problems. They offered absolutely no assistance or alternative accommodation. It was already around 9 PM, and the only thing they told us was to contact Booking support and sort everything out ourselves. What is even worse is that they asked us to cancel the reservation ourselves, by WhatsApp! This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional, especially when guests are left without accommodation late in the evening. At first, I thought this was an isolated incident, but after reading recent reviews, I discovered that similar situations had happened to other guests before. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s credibility and business practices. We have reported the entire situation to Booking and provided screenshots of our conversation with the hotel, as well as reviews from other guests. I sincerely hope Booking will investigate this property and take appropriate action. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. You risk being left without accommodation just 30 minutes before check-in, with absolutely no help or responsibility taken by the hotel. Avoid at all costs!
