Liked: Francesco was excellent and madeus feel so welcome
Disliked: Just right for our stay and we arrived late due to flights but no problems as francesco kept us right
Liked: The staff was very helpful, the location is close to the Tower of Pisa (4 min away); the room was clean,big and comfortable.
Convinient
Liked: Really friendly staff, very good location, a few minutes from the Tower square, clean, ac in good condition, easy check in and check out. We mostly enjoyed our stat except for the wifi and noise
Disliked: The wi fi was really bad in our room..it didn’t work at all..and the room was really really noisy from all the cars
Liked: The location is great and the room is spacious.
Disliked: The room is very noisy (you could hear cars driving late at night). The beds and pillows aren’t very comfortable.
Liked: Our stay here was a highlight of our trip to Pisa. On arrival at Pisa we were shown incredible hospitality by the owner who ensured we could check in at 3am after our flight was delayed. He even took the time to show us the kitchen and amenities within the hotel. The room itself was clean, comfortable and was well suited to our needs. We had AC but found the room was well ventilated enough to not need it. We even had a little courtyard area attached to our room which was lovely to sit in and enjoy our morning coffee. The hotel was also perfectly situated being a 5/10 minute walk to the leaning tower and town centre as well as being across the road from a large supermarket. There was some road noise as mentioned in other reviews but this is Italy after all and roads are often busy until late. However it was really not that bad and is completely manageable with ear plugs.

Liked: The location is perfect- close to the Pisa tower and the railway station.The room was spacious and we had a comfortable stay.
