Liked: It's not a bad hotel as value for money if airconditioning works.

Disliked: Mine (room with balcony) didn't. I ask the receptionist to check it went I went for the city. She would take care of it but it still didn't work when I came back. There is no reception at night so I sent a message. Somebody did come within half an hour. I got another room, basic and at the streetside. Took 1,5 hour to get the room to a somewhat decent temperature. Not ideal when you want to go to sleep.

Liked: Clean, relatively good facilities in a good location. Staff were helpful

Disliked: No internal fridge and breakfast only offered once. Unable to get an early breakfast

  Super spot in Siena

Liked: Great location to walk into the centre of Siena, very helpful having a parking space (though quite tricky getting it into the basement), kind and helpful staff, and the most enormous pastries in the morning!

Disliked: Bathroom was in need of work - floor was peeling, and only one flat pillow each

  Loved this place. 10/10 recommend

Liked: A lovely quiet hotel, about 13 min walk to Il Campo and the heart of Siena. The room is big, lovely double bed, hot water in the shower and they gave me a hot water kettle since I don't drink coffee available in the lobby. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and how to get around Siena.

  Disliked: I loved the place.
