An elegant and comfortable base from which to enjoy Siena

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again
Liked: It was in a very old palazzo that had been beautifully converted into a hotel with dry high ceilings and excellent style. It was well located on a quiet street very near the main shopping street, the Duomo, and El Campo—all the main things a visitor would want to see. The breakfast was very good, and the elevator was helpful. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative. We were in an accessible room, which was very large and spacious with everything we needed to be comfortable.
Disliked: The only issue we had was that the shower had no walls or glass around it (probably because it was designed to accommodate a wheelchair), so the water got on the floor and other areas when we took a shower.
