Enjoyed the location but did not appreciate the poor condition of our room

Liked: The location was very good for visiting all the sites.

Disliked: We were in room # 2.The room was not clean. The floors were dirty. The desk was pitted badly. The bathroom shower was full of mold. Headboard and wall were worn. Under the sink in the general kitchen area the trash was not emptied for 3 days and smelled. Kitchen floor was missing pieces of board. There was never a staff person at the location, although they did respond by Whatsap. Suggest some staff member check unit on daily basis.

Terrible communications, rude staff, would not recommend

  Liked: Location was central

Disliked: The owner / staff Calle Michele was incredibly rude and impossibly to reach. Communications was clearly not something they value and when reached, Michele was going out of his way to be condescending and dismissive. This is a sufficient reason to never stay at the property again.
