Fabulous
Great location - good set up for short break
Liked: Breakfast snacks and coffee available. Very friendly family. Set in lovely residential location overlooking the lake. Access to kitchen meant we could cook our own food and save on eating out!
Disliked: We were happy walking up a big hill to get to the property - some would find this challenging

Liked: We had an amazing experience staying here. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. We got lots of recommendation what to visit. Anytine we mert, they would ask of everything is ok or we need anythong else. I would definetly recommend this place. Bonus- you can hear a sound of the city here - all serene and silent woth an amazing panorama view to the lake and mountais.
Liked: The property itself was so well equipped. The communal kitchen was always stocked with milk in the fridge and tea and coffee and snacks for breakfast. Cooking facilities were excellent even though we didn't use them ourselves. Our room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the lake. There was a sofa and very comfy chairs and a table. The room itself was spacious with plenty of storage space. The shower was excellent, powerful and a choice of settings. Ample clean towels. Albino and Valentina were excellent hosts and went over and above. Totally exceeded our expectations. Albino kindly offered us a taxi service for the length of our stay The apartment is in a beautiful location, very tranquil with beautiful scenery, but it was on a very steep hill. The walk down was pleasant but coming back a slog so Albino collected us each evening The communication was excellent during our stay with nothing being too much trouble. If we ever return we would definitely stay here every time.
Disliked: The fact that we had to leave!
Excellent facilities, wonderful host
Liked: The property was spotlessly clean. The outdoor area was furnished beautifully and the view was incredible. The host was very friendly and very efficient. The room and bathroom were large and the kitchen set up efficient.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn’t available. Screens were not on the windows, so keeping mosquitos out while keeping the room cool by opening windows was an issue.
A comfortable home from home
Liked: Lovely room with a great balcony, view over the garden and lake. Secure parking. Use of a kitchen, in particular an electric kettle and fridge. There’s a track beside the house which takes you to Stresa in 20-30 minutes. Walking into town was a pleasure, the path runs behind Parc Pallavincino. Valentina made us welcome and served the most generous breakfast. Dog friendly.
Disliked: A little tricky to drive up to, plenty of hairpin bends. The mattress was a little lumpy.
