Good value for a few nights in Stresa
Liked: Breakfast was good and location is also great.
Disliked: Bathroom door slightly squeaky
A delight!?
Liked: Friendly, great breakfast!!! The room was very simple:single bed ( just me), wardrobe, tv, and small private bathroom with good hot water for shower. French door opened onto a little balcony. I loved the location. Quiet and easy to walk a few minutes to lakeside walk into Stresa. The breakfast was the best I have had! Good coffee, gresh, hot croissants, pastries, cereals, and chhese, cold meat and fresh rolls..and more.
Liked: The owner was most congenial. He carried our small cases up. The price of coffee was great and was good also he didn't extort the prices as other places do with drinks etc. It was stark but clean.
Disliked: No kettle no minibar to store perishable items. The room was rather depressing but it is a two star establishment.
Wonderful restful pleasant lovely hanging baskets full of flowers were an added treat
