It was a retreat within I needed at the most perfect location
Liked: Perfect spot to explore Verbania, in solitude or close enough to the main square.

Overall great experience and it was a lot of fun!
Liked: Beautiful views from the room, close to the center of town. Great shared communal spaces such as kitchen, living room, etc.
Disliked: there are no screens in the windows to keep bugs out which had to be left open at night to keep the room cool

Liked: The property is really beautiful and is very well located. The surrounding are amazing. The beds were also comfortable and the rooms looked clean although simple.
Disliked: The bathrooms were the only very disappointing point on the property. None of the shower doors closed, although it served both an only girls and mixed bedrooms. And there was no place to get changed inside. The water was also too hot to take a shower and it wasn’t possible to regulate the temperature. Apart from that, some places in the room had to share 2 outlets for 4 beds which wasn’t enough, and the ones to arrive later didn’t have were to charge their electronics.
Liked: Really lovely staff and the free breakfast was great. The building and view of the lake from my dorm was beautiful.
Disliked: The showers were absolutely terrible. Locks didn’t work, not able to adjust the temperature, nowhere to hang up towels/belongings, hair everywhere, it needs some major improvement.

Liked: good location, short walk from ferry terminal. Delicious breakfast. high ceilings, big windows, clean bathrooms, nice outdoor courtyard, nice view.
Disliked: my only suggestion is more power outlets near each bed. I suggest a power strip or two for charging phones and devices. I had to unplug the desk light to charge the phone.
