Exceptional
Only reason to stay is location
Liked: Great location. Clean, great AC.Staff was helpful getting a local nurse for my wife. Using their valet which comes from a distance when there is same price parking around the corner.
Disliked: NO ELEVATOR...Having to drag our luggage up and down stairs.( after some discussion did get some help, and also was moved to lower floor.

Disliked: Nothing. Despite major problems with the water supply on Ortigia following a burst pipe, luckily the hotel had a backup tank so we were rarely without water

Disliked: The room smelt a bit like a basement, and the pillows were not too fluffy.
Liked: Wonderfully light and comfortable room and the warmest of welcomes from the staff at reception. Ideal location for exploring Ortigia and beyond. I strongly recommend this B&B.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again!
Liked: Great location, friendly staff, and a lovely, cozy room. It was also a big plus that we could borrow beach towels, store our luggage, and get help with transportation to and from the bus station. We also really enjoyed the terrace and having a coffee machine in the room.
