Exceptional
I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
Liked: I had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The shower was good and the air conditioning worked well.
Disliked: We booked the room for three people, but only one double bed and one single bed were prepared, even though we were three men and expected separate sleeping arrangements. At breakfast, some of the cheese appeared to have mould on it; the affected part was simply cut off and we were told the rest was fine.

Convenient location and great value for money
Liked: The location was central but not in the tourist part of the city but that was ok - the walk to Ortigia was easy and not an issue at all.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok, it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit.
Liked: Good structure, small breakfast included, very clean room
Disliked: The owner manners. She was rude and kept spamming us on WhatsApp about the arrival time which we clarified from the beginning. I'd not go back to this structure to not have to deal with her again.
Liked: Very good location and condition of apartment (new). Good breakfast:) Recommend to stay!
