Liked: Property was very well located in the heart of the old Ortigia very close to the Temple of Apollo
Disliked: Minor issues included an unpleasant odour coming from the shower drain. I booked a transfer with the property but the day before arrival I discovered a car rental which cost almost the same for a 1 week rental as the one way transfer. So I cancelled the transfer rather last minute. I was given a tongue lashing from the host about how inappropriate it was to o this. It may have been last minute, but I didn’t deserve the lecture as a first impression to my host.

Liked: A wonderful apartment located in a quiet street, yet close to all the main attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy! It is beautifully and stylishly furnished, and we truly enjoyed our stay, feeling right at home. The host was excellent, providing clear check-in instructions and being available whenever we needed any information. Talete Parking is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, and we found a free parking space without any problems, even though it was the weekend! We used the EasyPark app to pay for parking. All in all, our stay at Stay In Ortigia exceeded all our expectations, and we would definitely love to return! Highly recommended! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice to escape the heat and hubbub into a cool quiet space
Liked: Location was convenient, apartment was very well appointed, everything was new / excellent condition
