  Disliked: To get into the room, you have to fill out a lot of paperwork and pay a tax, otherwise you won't be able to enter the room.You can't get in before 3am. You have to ring a bell to open the front door of the building, then an elevator, then a new door with a code, then a box with a code for the room key. Very transhumanistic.The room is big, the bed is comfortable, but the sheets were stained. I didn't like that you had to sort the trash and wash the glasses before leaving the room. The bathroom was terribly smelly, with limescale and mold. The balcony was unsafe and you shared it with the people in the other room. There was no chair or table.

  Liked: The appartment is clean and good looking. We were in appartment no. 7, which was spacious, had a coach and a dining area. We had a wonderful stay.

  Disliked: We were expecting to find a room with balcony, as in the description before booking, but the room has no balcony. We told the host, but the only confirmed that the room has no balcony. We understood that asking to change room at that point would have been out of the question since the communication with the host was through automatic messages. The communication with the host is the main issue because we didnt receive answers to all the questions we had. 1 day before check in the host contacted us through whatsapp and that is when they started to be more clear. They provide instructions for check in, to open the doors and to use appliances, so you have to read all the info in order to have a smooth check in and use of the appartment. We didnt meet anyone in person. You have to sign a contract online and also fulfill a very detailed registration link. That was easy for me since i am fine with technollogy. But i wished they had a manual for all the procedures to be distributed as soon as you book the appartment, in order to be more clear about what to do, how to do it and when. However we managed to check in smoothly, i just wished it was not that complicated, as it was stressful.

  Great stay

  Liked: Everything was great, the security was exceptional no one off the street could get in with all the codes. Everything was there that you needed. The staff kept you in touch with you if you had any queries. Location was great so close to the railway station if traveling by train. Wifi was good.

  Disliked: Didn’t have any English speaking channels.

  We were definitely satisfied. I think it was very valuable for the price

  Liked: It was a pleasure stay! We were worried about the entrance to the accommodation since other reviews said it was a difficulty, however, we didn’t experience any issues, everything worked as described in the email. The accommodators responded to every question via Wattsapp. A beach is 15 minute walk, city center is also really close, so the location worked greatly for us!

  Disliked: Few things in the kitchen were missing, like paper towels, salt or a container for fruit (to take to the beach with you). The towels were so smelly, I don’t think any washing gel was used while washing.

  Very good sppartment. Strongly recommend

  Liked: The room was big, nic, very modern, comfortable, everything was cleane. I like garbage separation. Was walking fistance to many points of interest. Bus and train just at the corner. Good contact either the jest.

  Disliked: No that i did not like, but i am not familiar with that kind of cooking plate. Instraction is necessary. I do not feel comfortable to send my personal information ( passport throught internet.

  Liked: Good location nearby the train station, not far from Ortygia island. However the appartement is in an old building not very well preserved.

  Disliked: Cheap furnitures, noisy appartement, old building. We have to fill in a form online with administrative information (passport number and so on) before getting access. No personal contact, all seems fully automated.
