Exceptional
Liked: unkomplizierter Check-in/ check-out
Lovely apartment in a great location
Liked: Great location in a residential area not far from the train station and the airport bus, while also very convenient to walk to the town centre for restaurants and sight seeing. There are a few very good pizzerias, an excellent gelateria and a good supermarket within 3 mins. The room is very well kept, spacious and clean. I particularly like the shower-WC room which is spacious, clean and modern.
Disliked: There is no much of view but not a big issue as I only stayed for a night. It is a pity there were only 3 coffee capsules and as it was not a nespresso machine, what I have brought were not useable. I do like having coffee in the evening and in the morning.
Liked: The staff is very friendly.
A very picturesque location with attentive hosts!
Liked: Angela was great at making sure I was comfortable and happy in the accomodation. She was very attentive during breakfast and tried her hardest to communicate with little English.
Disliked: The location is a little outside the main heart of Verona, but it is a quick 10 min walk away!
A hidden gem
Liked: There was a lovely warm welcome, the bathroom was immaculately clean, everything had been thought of, the breakfast was excellent. I will always try to get accommodation here in future, as a priority!
Disliked: I have no fault to report - I liked everything.
I was able to enjoy Verona from a secure a comfortble place to stay
Liked: Angela was very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Nothing
