Disliked: A little Complicated entry system for me
Everthing was perfect
Liked: Dear Florence was incredibly hospitable. I felt like I was at home. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The breakfast was wonderful, with everything you could possibly wish for. Starting the day with such a perfect breakfast really lifted my spirits.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.
My stay was very good and made better by a wonderful friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed including a
Liked: The location was excellent right next to the arena, shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing it was as described and did what I required.
Verona
Liked: It was super close to the arena and we went to the opera. It was still 32 degrees at midnight, so wonderful to quickly get back to our room with air conditioning! Breakfast was good with lovely fresh hot pastries.
Disliked: The beds weren't very comfortable. There was no coffee making facilities outside of breakfast.
Comfortable, great location, with extra bonus of impromptu exercise class/posture tips at breakfast!
Liked: Location was superb for a 2 night stay including a visit to the Opera.
Disliked: I came from the Dolomites and arrived in the City early, so a bag drop off/earlier check-in would have been nice. I do understand the constraints though, & Florence was extremely quick & helpful in proposing alternatives.
Great location but I would opt for somewhere else
Liked: The location is excellent and the host is very lovely. It had aircon, which was a lifesaver.
Disliked: I didn’t like the vibe - it had creepy photos and was quite dingy. It was hard to communicate with the host outside of in-person conversations.
