Liked: Lovely position in Central Verona. Lovely balcony area that we were not expecting

Really enjoyed our stay and will return if back in verona
Liked: Location was excellent. Really good cafe/restaurant outside the entrance where we had breakfast and then dinner before the opera. Room nicely decorated and furnished. Bathroom good with nice towels and toiletries provided.
Disliked: Room size. Not a lot of space round bed but not a problem

Liked: Location is so convenient.
Disliked: Receptionist was moody and wanted us to leave our passports with him which is a very bad practice.
Amazing location
Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the bathroom was nice with plenty of space.
Disliked: Not having tea and coffee facilities in the room I felt was a real negative
Liked: Superb position just off the Pizza Bra, good air con, good breakfast
