Fabulous
One to come back again
Liked: Very nice and clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful and when I come back to Verona this is the hotel I will stay again at
Helpful staff
Liked: Location
Disliked: Nothing to comment on
Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and the shuttle into the city centre was a bonus.
Liked: Only stayed here 1 night as going to the opera. Hotel in a great location, free shuttle service into the city centre (book in advance). Great breakfast and free parking
It was ok!!
Liked: The breakfast and its service was very good. They went out of their way to help me eat. I am vegan!
Disliked: I reserved two rooms for four people. I was given a double room and a room with an extra bed and was charged because the room with an extra bed had two people. I found this truly appalling since they did not even try to help resolve the situation. Just for this I will not return..
Delivers on what you need for a B&B City break hotel
Liked: What they did, they did very well. Service, cleanliness and responses and recommendations
Disliked: Wierd location near an underpass and a factory however they were very helpful with the hourly shuttle bus into the old town.
