Exceptional
Liked: Room was clean, staff was friendly
Staff were Friendly and very Helpful. The Parking nearby
Liked: Walking distance to the center of Verona maybe about 15-20 minute walk
Good deal, near the center
Liked: Located on a 20 min walk from the main sites, it’s a good deal. The room was nice, but basic.
Good location for hospital visits
Liked: Apartment Carmen is a spacious, well equipped apartment in a different part of the building than most of the Nuova Opera rooms. Great location across from hospital by bus stop.
When in Verona, this is the place to stay!!! Friendly staff and great transportation connections!
Liked: My room was exceptional!!! A fantastic view, the bed was the best!
Disliked: I wished I could've stayed longer
Liked: We had an overall pleasant stay in Verona. The hotel is located in a quiet area and the staff were very polite and helpful. Parking was available at a discounted rate for hotel guests, although it was not free and required an additional fee. We had some difficulty with the air conditioning. The instructions stated that all doors and windows had to be completely closed for it to operate, and although we tried several times, we still couldn’t get it to work. Fortunately, this wasn’t a major problem during our stay, as the temperature was very pleasant and we didn’t really need it. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
