Exceptional
A private apartment-like accommodation decorated in historical style, close to the arena
Liked: The location was very convenient / walkable to the Arena / historical area. There was a very good vegan restaurant nearby. We appreciated the cushions to use for the opera at the Arena. We could walk to the Aldi's grocery store for our breakfast needs. The small terrace was a nice spot for a morning in the sun. The kitchen was well outfitted with nice plates/bowls, utensils, etc. for breakfast with decent capsule coffee provided. We seemed to have the entire place to ourselves, so it seemed a much larger space than just the bedroom itself. We enjoyed a book on Verona history in the shared living room. The information provided to unlock the doors and get to the right apartment was very clear and helpful.
Disliked: The keys and locks are old and a bit challenging to operate! The air conditioning was a little weak and it took some time to cool the bedroom.
Liked: Very comfortable stay with secure private bedroom and bathroom, as well as shared living room and kitchen. We arrived early and could leave bags.
Disliked: One flight of stairs was fine.

A litte gem
Liked: We liked everything. The Palazzo doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you are in and got yourself and the suitcase up the stairs it is quite stunning. The space is generous, and everything is well thought through. We liked the shared kitchen and the stunning (shared) living room full of art and books and useful things, such as cushions for the arena, and various adapters, as well as lots of brochures and information. It's lovely to sit in the shade on the veranda sipping on an espresso or just reading and recovering from the heat before going out again. There is a supermarket (Aldi) just around the corner, which was handy for getting some breakfast items. Best thing: the arena is only a 5 minute walk away!
