  Great location & flat, needs improvement on the arrival info

  Liked: Many things excellent - location, cleanliness, size & comfort, facilities in general all great, so would recommend for all these reasons.

  Disliked: Let down by very poor arrival procedure. We received a text from 'REM team' several days beforehand asking for our passport details and to pay the tourist tax - it was not at all clear that this was genuine, so clearer identification would help. The link to pay tax didn't work, so I planned to do it on arrival. However, when we arrived, I realised I didn't have an exact address for the apartment and there is no name on the door. We called several times before someone picked up, so spent about 30 minutes standing in the street trying to get in, using loads of data trying to make contact & payments and wondering if it's all a scam as there's no evidence that the apartment actually exists- really not ideal. Also, it's not obvious how to open the security gate from the inside, so we couldn't get back out for a while either. All small things that could be easily addressed, and would make this a great place to stay. It also needs more than 1 mug and a tea towel!

  Very pleasant, each and every individual we came in contact with at the property were most gracious and considerate

  Liked: It was clean and well appointed

  Disliked: There was much confusion over accessing the property, which was very frustrating. We definitely got off on the wrong foot but once we we’re given the correct instructions, staff was sent to meet us and clear up the confusion. We were then able to select the combination of rooms that would best suit our needs.

  This is a standalone apartment building. No staff on site which made check in confusing

  Liked: Excellent location. Nice spacious apartment.

  Very good choice, comfortable and great location

  Liked: Great location, really easy to get around the city. Shower pressure is amazing. Just a great, reasonably priced room for our stay.

  Disliked: Only thing thay could be improved would be having extra pillows for the bed.
