Fabulous
Far away from train station, if you go at night a little bit scary, during the day you see bells of the cathedral, birds
Liked: Hot shower, not dirty
Disliked: Dirty walls, bad breakfasts- almost no food left at 9 a.m.,no vegetables, we got omelette when personnel saw that we are disappointed, sweet breakfast is not normal at all, bad sound isolation we heard are neighbors coughing and toilet.
Liked: nice location and kind staff
This is a place we will definitely stay again and for sure would recto family and friends♥️
Liked: Everything! It was in a very good location. We love the facility, it is very charming, the staff was very sweet and helpful! The Santa Teresa area is very safe to walk at night.
A comfortable hotel with welcoming staff and within easy reach of Verona city centre
Liked: Very welcoming staff when we arrived and when coming and going from the hotel. Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, a decent shower lots of storage space and large windows. Good selection of breakfast foods and in a pleasant part of the hotel with views and a terrace. We felt safe there as the main gate was very secure. Easy to get to the city centre - 40 minute walk or short bus ride.
Disliked: The coffee was undrinkable and there were no tea making facilities in the room.
Great clean and cozy place
Liked: AAA+++ plus experience overall. Situated in a VERY quiet neighborhood, huge room, clean, ample breakfast. 1' walk from a bus stop to city center. Highly recommended. PS. One of the hotel-recommended restaurants ("Bella Napoli/Borgo Roma"), was an excellent choice. Definitely not a tourist trap, excellent italian food, good value-for-money! We went there 3 nights in a row.
Disliked: Total lack of fresh fruit at breakfast was the only (minor) minus. Lack of body cream in toiletries (says my wife)
