  Liked: The location was great. Easy access since it’s near an entrance to the Medina.

  Disliked: Incredibly loud. Not just the surrounding properties which were under construction and although it was a positive, the nearby entry into the Medina meant motorbikes and scooters coming in and out at all hours of the night. On top of that, inside the hotel it was also just loud. I could hear every single time a door was locked or unlocked. Breakfast service clanging plates every morning bright and early. Hotel worker taking their breaks right below my window outside. Etc. My door barely locked bc the sliding lock didn’t really fit into place. The second I walked into the room and closed the door a heavy mirror fell off the wall. And the wifi was VERY weak I had to cancel two super important work meetings because it couldn’t even load the program. Smelly bedding, some stains, roaches. The list goes on.

  Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location

  Liked: We had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect, inside the walls and close to everything. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach. There was paid parking just outside which was fairly reasonable. The room was small but very comfy and the bathroom had everything we needed. It was a little noisy but you are in the middle of everything so that is to be expected. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was brilliant.

  Disliked: The only thing we thought was missing was a little more space to put your clothes.

  Beautiful Riad with great port access

  Liked: delicious breakfast, lovely balcony, friendly staff.

  Disliked: sometimes noisy on the rooftop being close to other guests. No aircon
