Terrible experience, disrespectful staff, and misleading booking conditions
Liked: Nothing. The location was isolated, dark, and difficult to access. The surroundings looked unsafe and the reception was unprofessional.
Disliked: Very bad experience. I booked this hotel with my female friend and after traveling all the way from Marrakech, we were refused entry in a disrespectful way. The staff asked inappropriate personal questions such as why she wanted to stay with a man she is not married to. We felt judged, uncomfortable, and humiliated. This policy was not clearly explained before booking. The staff attitude was rude and lacking basic respect. They also refused at first to cancel the reservation themselves even though they denied us entry after arrival. The area around the hotel was isolated, the buildings looked abandoned, the hotel was dark, and the reception quality was extremely poor. I do not recommend this place.
