Liked: My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vents des Îles. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the lovely and attentive team. A special thank you to Fatemeh Zahra and Khadija, who were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel, and the food was delicious! Compliments to the chef and the young gentleman who took such good care of us during our meal. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
Disliked: Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant experience, and everything met our expectations. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the attention given to us throughout our stay.
Great place for the price
Liked: The lady at the front desk and the woman Ronnie running the breakfast area café were wonderful. Both were very helpful and sweet for our visit. Great parking.
Disliked: The shower didn’t have any wall or shower curtain however we asked if they could clean up our bathroom and dry it while we went sightseeing and we came back to a beautiful, clean bathroom and hotel room!
Disliked: The check in process was long and the receptionist was incompetent had given our room to someone else my card was also charged before I reached even though it was pay at property, and the staff thought I hadn’t paid so I would’ve double paid if I didn’t tell her I did. The shower leaked heavily and went all over the bathroom
Worst stay ever
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: AC broken and didn’t say they could even make an attempt to finish it until 8 hours later at 11:30 PM. No towels in room and when asked they said they would come up. 10 minutes later I went down to the desk and the lady was just playing on her phone instead of coming up. Eventually had to leave and go to another hotel and they were completely unresponsive to refund requests.
Liked: Rating: 10/10 A perfect 10/10 experience! The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, making our stay absolutely wonderful. On top of that, the breakfast was excellent and the coffee was very good. Highly recommend!
