Exceptional
Ok stay
Liked: The riad is really nice and I met some likeminded travellers in the riad. Beautiful location and the rooms are nicely decorated but also seems like they arent fully finished with decorating/adapting for guests. The breakfast is prepared fresh everyday and is really nice.
Disliked: The check-in was a rather confusing experience, and I never felt like there was any staff except for the lady preparing the breakfast, who didn't speak English. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned and there were no toiletries so be prepared. Also, the shower didn't have a curtain so all the water would fall on the floor, the bath mat was permanently wet cause there was nowhere to dry.I wish there was someone there to orient/welcome me etc but there was very limited information from the riad itself.
Nice house and cleaning staff but major management issues
Liked: The cleaning lady and cook was an incredible woman and her lovely presence was a great way to start the day.
Disliked: The place is extremely poorly managed. We never met the owners or property managers in our two weeks there despite countless issues with the property including mold in the rooms, inability to check in, WiFi outages due to no payment, etc
Clean and practical place to stay in the medina
Liked: The location was really convenient for spending time in the medina, the bed was comfy and the breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the coliving space is very functional.
Disliked: The check in instructions weren’t clear so we were lucky that some other guests let us in as there are normally no staff members in the building (in the afternoon). But someone soon came and showed us our room once we messaged, and everything was fine after that. The shower drain was also quite slow. It’s also a shame that the terrace space isn’t very well maintained so it wasn’t as comfortable as we’d have liked.

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: This place is not as advertised - it is not a co-working/co-living space at all, and there is no cafe, etc. It has a very sad vibe. The inside is very beautiful, but the double room itself is uncomfortably damp, and water gets everywhere when showering.
