Exceptional
Rustic and very basic with the loveliest hosts
Liked: The staff - husband and wife team were amazing. I cannot praise them enough. They went beyond and were super helpful. When I pointed out the mould in the bathroom they responded immediately. The linen was clean and comfy
Disliked: The bathroom and cupboards had significant mould. We couldn’t unpack and on day two HAD to complain. The area the Riad is in is not the best. Not that anyone can change the location but it was noisy -street noise and the mosque seems to be on volume 10 at 5am.
Liked: Lovely place to stay in Essaouira! Calm, clean, perfect location! Our hosts were very kind and helpful! Highly recommended!

Liked: Thank you for a lovely care and a wonderful stay. Delphine's place is so lovely and lots of love and care was put into it. Me and my mom felt welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was so kind and Hakima and her husband were very attentive and made my mom (who doesn't speak the language) feel very comfortable. She liked the experience way more than the typical hotel. Thanks again.
Disliked: Its not in the most quiet neighborhood, but the people in the surrounding businesses were all so very kind!
