Disliked: Room could be cleaner (ie i had a carpet in my room which i believe was never cleaned) The customer service was very basic, didnt received any info on Essaouira / suggestions on what to do and communication / support was in general very limited You can only have breakfast at a shared table with other people ie with no privacy I asked for an early breakfast on my last day bc of an early flight ehich was promised but never delivered:(
