Fabulous
Liked: Very nice, calm, and clean room with a great and large “hammam style” bathroom. Comfy bed and duvets. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Good, but not best location in town, but still quite good. Easy access by taxi on the street (most places in the Medina require some working to reach). Ok yard in the road, however a bit small and not as lavish as some other places we stayed. Don’t think there was a rooftop terrace.
Liked: Really comfortable bed and great view
Liked: The sea view from our room was beautiful. Also the other staff member was helpful and friendly. The bed was nice and big.
Disliked: We had the Ocean room with sea view. The room wasn’t clean enough. Tables and closet were dusty. Also the toilet wooden walls were dusty and there were little bugs that eat the dust. We had to ask them twice to get then to clean those from the dust. Also the room was smelling very strongly. First when we arrived it smelled a strong cleaning product and later it started to smell little moldy. In the room description hairdryer was included but the room didn’t have fun and we didn’t receive one even though we asked for it.
Liked: Big room and close to sea
Disliked: Staff not engaging, on there phones alot. One member of staff helpful
Liked: Amazing view from a very pretty room, and the kindest staff I’ve ever encountered! Everyone was so lovely and made us feel really special. They helped my boyfriend plan a surprise birthday in the room too which I didn’t make easy, but they did so well and had a smile on their face the entire time. Breakfast was extremely generous, with some of the best coffee we had during our trip. Would absolutely come again.
