Exceptional
Liked: Beautiful Riad in the middle of the Medina. Large and comfortable room, amazing moroccan breakfast, super efficient services. A special thank you to Yayha for his outstanding help and excellent customer service! His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist are truly appreciated.
Great location in the Medina … beautifully designed and decorated
Liked: Perfect location to explore the Medina Beautifully decorated in the common room and bedroom. Really comfortable bed and great bathroom … Amazing breakfast and great staff.
Disliked: The soundproof is not great. And the bedroom is dark as there is no light from outside just a small window from the inside courtyard! Our bedroom was on the first floor next to the boiler and cleaning room. We constantly heard all night the boiler and in the morning the staffs coming in and out.. Perhaps we were unlucky to get that room.!!!! The terrace will need about more maintenance.
A good hotel in à great location with some helpful staff members. Rooftop area coukd fo with some updating
Liked: The rooms were tidy and comfortable. The downstairs area was beautiful and breakfast was good. It was a lovely touch to have the room serviced daily and fresh bottled water each day too. Yousuf was a delightful member of staff- always with a smile to greet us and ready to help out. Thé location was great.
Disliked: I had to ask for my bed sheet to be changed late at night on the first night as it was horribly stained. The rooftop area was much more jaded than in the pictures on the website.
Perfect location and great hotel
Liked: The property and room was lovely. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the Medina. Really close proximity to cafes and restaurants. The staff were all lovely, would definitely recommend

Great place to enjoy the medina and wind down after a hectic few weeks travelling in Morocco
Liked: Breaksfast very substantial and kept us going until dinner. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Great location inside the medina. Good rooftop to enjoy the sunset. Rooms and the hotel generally were spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Easier access to the front door - maybe a swipe key so we didn't need to disturb the front desk whenever we arrived back at the hotel.
A bright and modern hotel in a perfect location. The best breakfast we had in Morocco!
Liked: Very modern and good location. Breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: The staff work very hard and we cannot fault them but there were long waiting times for everything. More staff are needed. This lets the hotel down and it is definitely not the staffs fault. They do their very best.
