Friendly staff and a peaceful, comfortable night's sleep

Liked: One night stay, functional but comfortable and quiet at night. Staff were friendly.

Disliked: The room could have been designed with a bit more panache, there were no pictures on the wall and it was a bit basic.

The hotel was perfect in every way. We would definitely recommend if you are staying in Haarlem

Liked: We booked a double and a family room. The rooms were next to each other which we asked for. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was excellent being in the centre of Haarlem. It is close to everything we wanted. Shops, restaurants, bars and the canal. We had breakfast which was perfect with a wide variety of hot and cold food. Plenty of different teas and coffees. All the staff were very friendly.

Disliked: I don’t think I could fault anything.
