Liked: Diverse included drinks in mini bar in room, friendly staff, anticipated needs, loaned umbrella for 3 days, cheerfully made you a customized coffee in the lobby. Room was exceptionally clean, towels were fluffy.

Disliked: Bed was a little firm, I believe that is common and desired in this region. I'm not used to it.

Great location, with a comfortable room

Liked: Great central location a very short walk to the main square. Really great comfortable room with everything you could need. Very clean with an excellent shower and no noise from other rooms or outside.

Disliked: Breakfast option of being delivered to your room, which I thought was a little strange but didn't use this. Didn't affect me but stairs are very steep and could be an issue with less able-bodied individuals
