  Great location, dated furniture and falsely advertised parking facility

  Liked: The location is great and the staff are friendly.

  Disliked: Parking is not from the hotel, its an expensive underground parking from the city and was full on our arrival. The hotel says to have parking as a facility, this is incorrect, underground parking is not a facility of the hotel. Furniture is dated and bed on my side was sagged.

  Comfortable and well located

  Liked: Spacious room & big bed. Great location lots of restaurants close by.

  Disliked: It is a functional hotel. The catering offer is not substantial and the bar is unappealing. Our room was on the top floor where there was occasionally noise from services.

  A wonderful stay with a fantastic central location, super comfortable beds, and friendly staff

  Liked: The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the town, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The beautiful cathedral is just steps away and can be seen as soon as you step outside. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was spacious, and both the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Although the room was a little on the small side, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and friendly. They were always happy to answer our questions, offer helpful advice and recommendations, and assist us whenever needed. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay with an unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and outstanding hospitality!
