  Lovely staff, spacious and well appointed room with good WiFi, wonderful shower and bed with view of garden and walking

  Liked: Nice welcome. Spacious and well appointed room and terrace, view of garden, nearby bus stop, good WiFi, great bed and shower. Nice coffee and tea area and fridge. 25-minute walk to center of Haarlem through parks and small streets- also easy bicycle ride. Generously accommodated early arrival.

  Good location and a comfortable stay tion

  Liked: The property is situated in a lovely, quite neighborhood. Ample free parking space is available, and there's an EV charge point nearby. The highlight of the suite in which we stayed is the bed—comfortable, wide, and inviting. Other facilities (bathtub, bathing area, etc.) are helpful too. The Heemstede-Aerdenhout train station is at walking distance, making traveling to Amsterdam or Leiden convinient.

  Disliked: We found only one cloth-hangar in the closet, and the electric plugs were located at inconvinient points. Credit where it is due: when we expressed our slght displeasure, the staff immediately provided hangars, and then surprised us with a complimentary breakfast (which was sumptuous and tasty).

  Nice choice away from city centre

  Liked: The room was really clean and the staff responded immediately when was needed. Also the room is accompanied with a cozy backyard.

  Disliked: 1. The shower is in the same room with the bedroom with a transparent door (not bad for everyone). 2. The toilet was a little bit small if you close the door behind you.

  Liked: The room was nice, we liked the large bed, fridge and patio area. The self check in and communication was straightforward. There's a very good bistro nearby Bistro Sud.

  Disliked: The bathroom arrangement wasn't great, the toilet is very small and shower opens into the room.
