  Excellent location, facilities, cleanliness and friendly staff!

  Liked: The location was really good, very close to many things, many shops, cafes, restaurants, and not too far to the city centre. The place was sparkling clean, there is a espresso coffee machine in the room, the decoration is really lovely and very sophisticated, everything is good quality, in every detail! Silvana greeted me via whatsapp message, always being very nice and polite and sharing very useful information to clearly guide through the steps for a smooth check in and check out. I had a great time there!

  Disliked: It's not their fault, I know it's something in the Netherlands in general - short space for stairs, very steep, so it's quite difficult to get upstairs when you have suitcases and backpacks. I would't travel with many things if it was a personal trip, but as a professional trip, I had to carry lots of stuff upstairs. But it's not a big issue if you don't have mobility problems.

  Small but perfectly formed

  Liked: Lovely room, great location. It’s amazing tiny hotel with just 4 rooms. There’s no reception and no breakfast, but access is straightforward with a code and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast. Rooms are really well appointed and the bed was very comfy.

  Disliked: Our room at the front faced the street and was a bit noisy on the Friday night. However, it was a small price to pay for the great location.

  Excellent property in a great location and the property manager was very responsive!

  Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved that it had A/C that we could adjust to our comfort. The staff was excellent and very responsive. We were surprised and pleased with the daily room refresh service with towels and refreshments. We would definitely stay here when we are back in the area.

  Disliked: Didn't realize this was not a true "hotel" with a reception and did not have an elevator. Since my husband is strong he was able to handle the baggage. If I was traveling alone would have needed some help to carry my bags up the stairs.

  Liked: The check-in was easy and there was a convenient place to store our luggage before check-in. The room and bathroom were very nice with a comfortable King bed, nice towels and bath robes. The hotel is located in a convenient, central location. I’m not sure why, but the room smelled like cigar smoke when we entered and on and off while we were there. We were there on a Saturday and Sunday night. On Saturday night, it seemed like the unit below us had a party for 20 or so people who didn’t quiet down until the early morning hours. Sunday night was very noisy as well due to people outside on the streets below. The hotel provides ear plugs which should be a strong clue that it is likely to be noisy (I’m guessing more on weekend nights when people party).

  Disliked: I’m highly allergic to smoke smells, so the smell of cigar smoke was hard to take; and the noise level was a lot.

The property has 4 rooms and no reception is available upon arrival . You will receive a unique door code before arrival. There is no elevator in the building and all rooms are located on the first and second floor.
