  Great location

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location excellent.

Disliked: Pillows uncomfortable and when we asked for extra ones they weren’t available. Water provided to the rooms without being asked and carrying it up ourselves.

The extremely convenient location makes it a compelling choice for those travelling by train

Liked: The location is extremely convenient if travelling by train. It is also in easy walking distance of the centre of Haarlem. The hotel is comfortable and well maintained if a little dated.

Disliked: The one downside was noise carrythrough from the adjacent room when they had their TV on. The room seemed a little expensive for what it offers by comparison with other locations we have stayed in in the Netherlands.
