Stunning room, spectacular views and central

Liked: Beautiful room with high ceilings, and decor and wonderful views of the Grote Kerk basilica and a nice comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless. The bells from the church chime every hour between 9pm to 9.30 which was quite charming. The staff were very friendly.

Disliked: I found the room at little chilly and the walls were quite thin as I was woken a few times by people coming in to other rooms late. Perhaps I could have adjusted the heat - I wasn’t sure how to.

Overall, we were thrilled with our stay here

Liked: Hotel ML was outstanding! Our room overlooked the square and the church. It was very sizable, with large windows. We did not eat in the hotel, but it was rated very highly. The staff was very attentive to our needs, even bringing us a mini-fridge! Highly recommended!

  Comfy, cute hotel

Liked: I used to live in Haarlem for almost 10 years, and never realized this cute hotel was right in our city center! Went back for one night to visit friends and had the most lovely stay. Beds are so comfy, room is very cute, staff was very friendly.

Nice surroundings, but the rooms are in serious need of modernization

Liked: The natural surroundings are pleasant and peaceful. The staff I interacted with were friendly and cooperative.

Disliked: The room was very basic, dull and outdated, and unfortunately not a comfortable place to spend much time in. There was no TV, the coffee machine did not work, and the furnishings and overall atmosphere felt very old-fashioned. I was glad I was here mainly for work and didn’t need to spend much time in the room.

Comfortable, welcoming and clean hotel in the woderful city of Haarlem, easy access to Amsterdam via train

Liked: Small hotel in the city center, charming, staff is hospitable, generous.

Disliked: It is in the midst of many restaurants and consequential nightlife, we enjoyed our room though revelers were still going strong overnight.
