DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY!!

  Liked: The location was convenient.

Disliked: DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY!!! 🚫 We were very disappointed with the service provided to us. We were not originally told there was a deposit required pre check in on this property. We booked on booking.com, even though our finances were put out by this unforeseen payment we agreed to pay it. Only to be told that we had to provide bank details to the accommodation company (alphabet apartments) after booking.com already had the bank details in question. And when we asked to be accommodated and allowed the pay via booking.com the customer service from the accommodation company (alphabet apartments) was appalling; it was rude, undermining and unhelpful. We were not allowed pay via booking.com. To my surprise booking.com was as unhelpful with this as the accommodation company. They were also rude and dismissive to our situation. Once we paid the deposit and checked in everything went smoothly until our friends staying in the apartment next door also owned by alphabet apartments told us they had Silverfish and mold. We didn’t notice anything until a few days into our stay when we found we also had Silverfish, mold in our bathroom and to top it all off our shower leaked and turned the entire bathroom into a puddle damaging our hair straightener and our hair curler in the process. It also made all of our toilet paper wet and ususable, and we had to use all four of our towels to dry up the leak. And to sum it all up the check out details or rather RULES were a bit crazy, strip beds, wash bed linen and towels, empty rubbish, fill and turn on the dishwasher. All by 11am when we had to check out. Presumably if we did not we may lose our deposit so we did it. This was a far from relaxing experience in this accommodation. It was an unnecessarily stressful experience. All in all the experience left a lot to be desired and was not at all up to standard and we are very disappointed with what we received.

Spacious and clean apartment with decent amenities

Liked: The location was very good. Walking distance to the city center and to the amenities nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was decently equipped. All bedrooms had separate cupboards for storage. Plenty of paid parking outside the apartment and around the neighbourhood.

Disliked: There was no TV in the apartment unlike as shown in the advertisement. The beds were not so comfortable and had crackling sounds whenever you get up or move. No free parking around.

  Health Hazard, horrible hotel experience

Disliked: There was black mold in the bathroom ceiling. The floor in the hallway to the bathroom seems to be rotting. It was sinking down in the middle, was coming apart into small bits and felt like wet paper. The couch was so dirty we didn't want to sit on it. There was a layer of dust, hair and grime on everything. There were insects crawling around. We left the hotel soon after check-in, since the apartment was a health hazard. We didn't dare to sleep there.

Spacious and clean place, good to stay as long as you have no car

Liked: Very nice location, all important places were in the vicinity of 2-3 kms. Tube and tram stations were near too. Property was very clean, spacious and looks newly renovated. Host was responding to all our questions on timely manner.

Disliked: No microwave, struggled heating food but that was advertised so no complaints. New Hob fixed but not working. Only one toilet and sink clogged every time we used it. There was a big packed door kept in the lounge. Housekeeping team regularly accessed the apartment while we were in it, the door separating the main apartment door and inner apartment had a digital lock but not working. On the last day we got message requesting to bin the trash in municipal bins but none were at the location stated. Host sent picture of a bin which was few months old. Parking in the area is EUR 6.18 per hour with no free times except at night from 11 pm to 9 am the next morning.
