  Great location for short Rotterdam stay

  Liked: Well located 2 mins walk from Centraal station. Great breakfast

  Liked: Great location straight out of Rotterdam Central and across the road Beds were very comfortable and the room was huge.

  Disliked: We were 2 adults and I found it very annoying that they provided only one bottle of water each day. For a marriot the in room facilities were poor we had to ask for things like vanity kits etc. I understand companies want to save waste but understand your brand and ensure that your guests have everything they need. I've stayed in hostels that give you more. There were no ear plugs considering the noise from the street was so loud it sounded like a drill in our room. I know the hotel cannot prevent works outside but being aware of it and proactively addressing it for guests is better than guests been woken by what sounds like a building being demolished. Breakfast for €26 per person is typical in Amsterdam but I was shocked in Rotterdam. No option to pay either it had to be charged to the room so we decided to decline breakfast. Plenty of great places nearby to eat.

  good family stay

  Liked: overall hotel is good. room, breakfast and location is perfect.

  Disliked: only negative thing is despite our multiple requests and reminders, staff didnt provide us early checkin only due to late cleaning, housekeeping and room was available. it was important for us but became a dissappointment tbh. Price is high but this is applicable for all hotels in cental Rotterdam.

  Toop location - disappointing food

  Liked: The location is perfect next to the main station The gym is well equipped The building looks nice, generous rooms

  Disliked: But all types of food are very disappointing (breakfast buffet/ breakfast menues/ bar restaurant/ snack automat) all was tasteless, dry old bread, lack of any spices, dry over cooked chicken and the coffee at breakfast was just disgusting. 3 nights/ 4 days and I didn’t enjoy a single meal.
