  Liked: We were very unimpressed when we came to check the hotel so we cancelled the booking. Hilariously the staff said no you cant cancel we will reject this so you have to come. I explained we didnt like the area so we would be not attending our upcoming trip. They have still been trying to charge my card. When a customer tells you they are not satisfied with your property having an attitude and trying to force them to stay is not a good idea.

  Disliked: The lack of respect.

  We loved Rotterdam!

  Liked: Close proximity to train station and old town. Beautiful walkability.

  Disliked: Zero space in room. Had to crawl over my husband from the playpen like bed. The tv was secured on the wall that would have provided a view of the little port.

  Liked: Upon checking in, we were greeted very nicely by Iskandar at the reception. We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is great! Room is small but it is super functional and it has everything that you would need for a short stay. The iPad in the room was cool to toggle around with that controls the room features. Breakfast was simple but great as well!

  Just fabulous!

  Liked: Fantastic hotel in all aspects! We stayed for Left of the Dial Festival. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, from check in to departure. All the staff, without exception, were always friendly and helpful both to us and everyone else we saw. The buffet breakfast is amazing - the only comparable hotel breakfast I’ve had was at Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons which costs about 4 times as much. The room was great for us - gigantic bed, effective blackout curtains, everything controlled by an iPad. As the rooms are quite small and the toilet close to the bed, this hotel is for travellers who are very comfortable with each other (or solo travellers)!

  Disliked: Nothing. This is a flawless hotel.

  Liked: The hotel was lovely, great location for trains, trams, the market hall was across the road which had plenty of stalls & restaurants. The staff we're very friendly & helpful.

We do not allow animals, only service animals are allowed. Guests need to inform about the service animal before arrival.

citizenM Rotterdam has 13 parking spots available for our guests. The rate is 19.50 EUR per hotel night (from 2.00 PM on your arrival date until 11.00 AM the next day).

These parking spots cannot be pre-booked in advance due to restrictions. Please ask the hotel ambassador upon arrival if any parking spots are available.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
