Fabulous
If I plan for future trip, I will definitely will book in the same hotel directly
Liked: Good service, room privacy included the bathroom. Good hotel standard, customer service very welcoming and support on guiding customers all details they need to know the city and the importance places like museums and restaurants and providing us with good map of the place for shortcuts ways to reach the locations.
Disliked: Customer service, guidance and the clearing service. Of course hotel standard is good for all family standards and Arab guests will definitely will be happy as my experience with them.
Liked: Nice location, super king spa room with had our with including a hot tub and a sauna. Near to the city Centre and nice promenade in Erasmusburg
Liked: Perfect Location - just 20 meters from metro station (makes it ideal to get to/from train station or to/from Ahoy Arena). 10 min walk from the Market-hall, 1 min walk from the famous Erasmus bridge. Great breakfast - both from variety and quality perspectives. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room facilities - both shower and bath tube with jacuzzi, good coffee machine, comfortable beds/pillows, nice window view. Small but nice pool in the 8th floor:)
Disliked: Slightly unpleasant smell every time you enter the room coming from the bathroom (maybe something behind or under the bath tube).
Liked: Very nicely furnished, comfortable room. The communal swimming pool and spa were pretty quiet on a Monday so I got a few moments of it all to myself. Jacuzzi in the bathroom was nice. The location was excellent - short walk to the vibrant streets and a few steps from the magnificent harbour.
Disliked: Some fellow spa goers played loud music. The jacuzzi in the bathroom leaked.

Liked: The staff was so kind and helpful, Annika did an amazing job she was so kind and helpful. The room was perfect with an amazing view, the bed so confortable and an excellent location
Outstanding 2 day stay in central Rotterdam
Liked: Location, outstanding breakfast, room view and facilities
Disliked: Evening restaurant not same quality as rest of hotel
