  Great location & nice apartment, but poor communication & organisation make it not worth the price!!

  Liked: The apartment itself was modern, spacious and nicely furnished. Its location was definitely one of the highlights, as it is conveniently situated close to the city centre, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. The apartment also offered good facilities and was generally comfortable for our stay.

  Disliked: We had a very disappointing experience due to several issues during our stay: 1. Poor communication with the host: Communication was extremely frustrating, as most replies were AI-generated through the AI chatbox. We had to spend a considerable amount of time repeatedly explaining our issues without getting proper assistance. The online check-in was also delayed because the system did not allow us to enter more than two guests, despite having booked for five people. 2. Insufficient bedding and preparation: Although our reservation was for five people, the apartment was prepared for only four. As a result, the fifth person had to wait until the following morning to receive the additional bedding and necessary items. This was particularly inconvenient and should have been arranged before our arrival. 3. Parking payment and delayed refund: We had already paid €50 online for parking for two nights. However, upon arrival, we were unable to access the parking because the access card was not provided. We were therefore forced to pay approximately €100 again at the location. Although we were promised a refund within two weeks after checkout, the amount was only refunded after four weeks. Overall, these issues caused unnecessary stress, wasted our time, and negatively affected our stay. We expected better organisation, communication, and customer service, especially considering that all the details had been clearly specified in our reservation. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. We hope the management takes this feedback constructively and improves these aspects for future guests.

  It was a nice place that I would go back to

  Liked: Easy to enter the apartment and the hosts were very responsive. The beds and couches were comfortable. the location was very good, close to the city center and the area across the Erasmus bridge (migration museum is highly recommended. Only 20 minutes walking to Rotterdam Central or a quick tram ride. Nice shower with quick, warm water. Well stocked with what you need for cooking, salt, papper and oil.

  Disliked: The oven was broken and couldn't be used. There were only 3 chairs and place settings even though there were 4 of us. It would be nice to have more coffee pods and some sugar for the coffee.

  Great for a few days

  Liked: The property was well maintained with all kitchen appliances and utilities. Excellent location.

  Disliked: The beds were children beds, creaky and uncomfortable. The bedrooms didn’t have curtains that covered the entire window and let the street lights in as well as early morning sunrise

  Well located, spacious, could’ve been Cleaner, needs to plan to maintain a reasonable temperature during future heat wav

  Liked: Location was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The pots pans and tableware were well stocked.

  Disliked: We were unable to cool the apartment adequately during a heat wave. Repeated requests to have curtains added to prevent heat from coming into the apartment during the day were not acted on. There was confusing information about housekeeping, which ended up with us not having any housekeeping. The sofa had significant food debris underneath the cushions. The corners of the rooms the main bedrooms had dust and. dirty Q-tips. And there was a toilet smell that came from the shower that we reported twice, but no action was taken on it.
